The Service Technician is responsible for supporting daily field and plant operations through equipment handling, deliveries, inspections, and customer service activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service while upholding company policies, standards, and values. The Technician must demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, and a willingness to assist across departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and move products, materials, and skids by hand or using material handling equipment
• Operate plant and on-site equipment upon completion of required training
• Assist with onsite recoveries on customers’ job sites
• Perform recoveries of white goods after training
• Basic consolidation and testing
• Utilize Company platforms for data entry
• Perform daily inspections and light preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Perform deliveries and pickups from customer sites in a timely and professional manner
• Complete all required forms, logs, and documentation related to duties
• Operate forklift upon receiving certification and training (Training Available)
• Ensure all work complies with Safety Standards, applicable Codes, and regulations
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, suppliers, and customers
• Perform cross-departmental duties and assignments as required
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance when needed
• Coordinate task changes and scheduling with the Operations Manager
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
• Ability to lift and handle materials; perform physical tasks
• Previous service, logistics, or industrial experience preferred
