Position Summary:
Reclamation Technologies USA is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kansas City, KS. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position plays an integral part in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal departments to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Enter orders and maintain accurate records
- Create and manage jobs in Service Fusion
- Assist with quotes and job setup
- Prepare and submit invoices and credit memos to customer AP
- Process customer applications and onboarding
- Generate BOLs, manifests, SDS, and required documents
- Provide standard customer updates
- Maintain filing and documentation
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy across systems (SF, QB, Access)
- Maintain customer account details (pricing, contracts, records)
- Track tanks, assets, and inventory
- Monitor order progress and follow up on delays
- Coordinate with operations to ensure order completion
- Review invoices and credit memos for accuracy
- Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, client support, or call center environment preferred.
- Experience with Service Fusion, QuickBooks Online, or similar platforms is an asset.
